Lady Big Kat Varsity / JV Tournament
Welcome to the 10th Annual Lady Big Kat Varisty / JV Tournament hosted by Capo Valley High School!
This event quickly grew into one of the largest girls events in the country, with high caliber competition and full brackets to ensure your wrestlers & program get maximum value for your time and money. The 2023-2024 edition was STACKED with great programs, over 600 wrestlers, 1100+ matches wrestled on 8 mats and finished at 7:00pm!!! The event featured teams from all over California, north to south, east to west. We had well over 200 CIF qualifiers, over 100 SS Masters Qualifiers, 48 state qualifiers and 14 state placers! This is an early season opportunity to bring your studs and find out where they stand and what they need to work on. Virtually 100% of varsity bracket participants qualified for SS CIF regionals, nearly 50% qualified for SS CIF Masters, and over 20% qualified for State!
The JV event offers an opportunity for all your newbie and soon-to-be wrestlers to get the appropriate level of competition as well. ALL under one roof, no worries about multiple busses, splitting coaching staffs or trying to figure out what group gets to wrestle on a given weekend. Bring them ALL!
The Tournament will be the opening weekend of the season again in 2024-2025 and will be held on Saturday, November 16. On-line wrestler registration (all on the same google doc, so no need to input your school and email a million times), Weigh-ins from 6:30 to 8am, wrestling starts at 9:30 and we WILL finish early as always! I have attached the flyer, contract and an indication of interest (IOI) below; if you complete the IOI and return it we will hold a spot for your team until Sept 1st (first 30 teams, after that contract and/or check required to hold your spot).

A word of warning, WE SELL OUT EVERY YEAR, and teams get left out; so get your contracts in early to reserve your spot! The contract and flyer are attached below (as well as last years brackets and team scores).
